Arnreshwari, learned senior counsel appearing for the Delhi government states that the Committee has already prepared a draft report (Delhi Prisoner Manual) which is being examined and will be Finalised within 3 months. The said report/manual be produced within 3 months from today. (2) PUT up the matter after 3 months.
