ORDER :- The learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the petitioner has now been released on bail, the petitioner would not like to pursue this Habeas Corpus petition any longer and reserves his right to file a complaint for wrongful restraint and confinement and also to claim damages for wrongful confinement.
