ORDER : By ORDER :dated 19.1.1998 it was directed that regularisation of Shesh Narayan Jha be taken into consideration, against which a review application was filed which was dismissed on the ground that proper court fee is not paid. 2. Having heard learned counsel on merit of the ORDER :dated 19.1.1998, we do not find any ground to interfere with it except to say that within two months from the date of presenting the representation, the authority concerned shall consider the case of regularisation of the appellant. 3. However, as far as court fee is concerned, in our opinion, according to the amended provision of Bihar Court Fees Act, 1996, court fee amounting to Rs. 15/- has been paid and that is valid. 4. Accordingly, this L.P.A. is disposed.
