Judgment N.C.Khichi, J. 1. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the entire record of the case. The petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2000. In my considered view, the petitioner is entitled to concession of bail. Without commenting on the merits of the case, bail is allowed to petitioner on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patiala. Petition allowed.
