ORDER Upon Motion taken on Board. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that condition No. 1 imposed by the High Court may be relaxed to the extent that the place of appearance of the petitioner is changed from Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore to any other Police Station nearby Nagapattinam. 3. From the application filed by the petitioner in the High Court seeking relaxation of the conditions of bail, we find that no such plea has been taken. We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the High Court and dismiss this special leave petition. 4. However, in the interest of justice we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court afresh for seeking relaxation and modification of condition No. 1 and as and when such an application is made, the same should be disposed of on its own merits by the High Court. (C.R.) SLP dismissed. ************** Parallel Citations of other Journals : M. Rajendran v. State by Inspector of Police, T. N., 2000(4) Supreme 740 : 2000 (1) JT 192 : 2000 (2) Cur.
