Judgment Jawahar Lal Gupta, J. 1. This is an application for grant of bail to Ganga Ram appellant. It has been averred that he has been in custody for more than six years and that the appeal has remained pending for the last more than three years. 2. Notice of the application was given. Mr. Nitin Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana appears for the State. Nothing has been produced to indicate that the averments made in the application are wrong. 3. The case is covered by the rule laid down by the Division Bench in Dharam Pal v. State of Haryana, 1999 (4) Recent Criminal Reports 600 : [2000(1) All India Criminal Law Reporter 37 (Pb. & Hry.)]. 4. Bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad. Bail allowed.
