JUDGMENT : 1. We have seen the additional affidavit filed by Mr. R.L. Meena, Secretary, Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR). Learned senior counsel Shri M.N. Rao states that in the light of the additional affidavit and the material which is already available in connection with-response of the concerned States, action will be taken for considering the viability of the units which may be covered by the response. So far as the States which have not given their response are concerned, reminders will be sent from the BIFR's end to them. On the next date of hearing, which is fixed for 10th August 2000, the further affidavit and the action taken by the BIFR in this connection will be made available to this Court and copies thereof will be given to the concerned learned counsel for the respondents. The facts stated in I.A. No. 18 of 2000 in S.L.P. (C) No. 16732 of 1997 may also be taken into consideration and on that response may be given by the BIFR. I.A. No. 1 in S.L.P. (C) No. 7958 of 1999 2. Learned counsel for the applicant in this I.A. will annex copies of the relevant orders in the light of which he wants relief in this I.A. For that purpose adjourned to 10th July, 2000.
