(1) ISSUE notice. (2) MS. Binu Tarnta, Mr. Brij Bhushan and Mr. Pradeep K. Bakshi, learned counsel accept notice on behalf of the caveators. (3) NOTICE, therefore, need be issued to other respondents only. (4) LEARNED counsel appearing for the respondent - caveators may file their counter to the special leave petitions as also to the prayer for interim relief, within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter. (5) THE learned Solicitor General, who appears for the Medical council of India, is permitted to file, additional documents within two weeks. (6) LIST the matters after six weeks. (7) IN the meanwhile, stay granted in Special Leave Petition (Civil) 18729/99 shall continue. (8) THERE shall be interim stay of the operation of the impugned orders with regard to the directions to grant provisional registration/permission in SLP(C) Nos. 285/2000 and 301/2000.
