JUDGMENT 1. - This group of matters are dispossed of by this common order as all the writ petitions were disposed of in view of the judgment and order dated 21.5.1999 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court at Jaipur Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6286/96, Ashok Kumar Sharma v. State of Rajasthan and others and other allied matters reported in 2000(1) W.L.C. (Raj.) 152 . 2. Shri P.R. Singh appears for all the appellants except special appeal Nos. 1350/99 and 1341/99, wherein. Mr. N.K. Vyas appears for the appellants. 3. Shri Sandeep Bhandawat appears for the respondents in special appeal No. 1346/99, Shri Manoj Bhandari appears for respondents in special to appeal No. 1341/99, Shri Ram Kishore Soni appears for respondents in special appeal No. 1198/99 and Shri I.R. Chaudhary appears for respondents in special appeal No. 1342/99. 4. In special appeal No. 1216/99, learned Senior Advocate Shri M. Mridul was directed to appear in the matter for the respondents. Mr. Mridul stated at the bar that he tried to contact the respondents for the purpose of i appearing in the matter, but no response was given. However, he states that co-incidently on 11.9.2000 he was present before the Jaipur Bench where identical special appeals filed by State of Rajasthan and others against the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge in Ashok Kumar Sharma's case (supra) were heard. He further states that yesterday i.e. on 13.9.2000 he was informed by Shri Ajay Rastogi, who appeared before the Division Bench in appeal that all those appeals were dismissed by the Division Bench consisting of Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Ashok Parihar, J. Thus, the judgment of learned Single Judge in Ashok Kumar Sharma's case (supra) has become final. 5. In view of the above statement made at the bar, all these appeals are also liable to be dismissed and accordingly, they are dismissed. 6. However, in case of difficulty, it is open to the parties to apply.Appeals dismissed. *******
