JUDGMENT S.S. Nijjar, J. - The petitioner has admittedly only injured the deceased on his chin. The M.L.R. states that the death occurred due to head injury. The Investigating Officer is present in the court and states that the star witness has not supported the case put forward by the prosecution. In view of the above, bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petition allowed.
