Judgment 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent to remove anomaly in his pay scale in comparison to the pay scale which has been granted to the similarly placed State Government employees. The learned counsel is referring to Annexures- 2 and 3 in order to contend that the petitioner is entitled to the same pay scale which is given to the State Government employees for the post in which the petitioner is working. It appears that the petitioner has retired from service in 1997 from the post of Assistant. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Administrator of the Corporation who is respondent no.2 within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order. In the said representation, the petitioner will point out specific instances to show that there is anomaly in fixation of pay. If such instances are pointed out, the respondent no.2 will examine the same in the light of Annexure-3. 4. Counsel for the respondent refers to Annexure-3 in order to contend that a committee has been constituted for looking into such questions. But this Court does not attach any importance to the said committee as the said committee which has been constituted in 1991, has not been given any recommendation till today. Therefore, this Court disregarding the constitution of the said committee directs respondent no.2 to personally examine the genuineness of the anomaly to be pointed out by the petitioner in his representation and then come to a decision within a period of three months thereafter in the light of Annexure-3. 5. If such decision is passed by respondent no.2 the State Government will also act on the basis of the same, and necessary relief by way of fixation of petitioners pay in accordance with the order of respondent no.2, may be passed thereafter. Since the petitioner has retired, the entire matter should be disposed of within a period of six months from today. 6. This writ petition is thus disposed of.
