Judgment S.S.Nijjar, J. 1. The allegations against the petitioners are that they alongwith the co-accused forcibly entered the house of the complainant and took the thumb-impression of the old grand-father aged about 90 years. 2. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner as well as for the State. 3. The Investigating Officer is present in Court. He states that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 6.9.2000. I am of the considered opinion that this is a fit case for the grant of bail. 4. In view of the above, bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa.
