JUDGMENT 1. - Learned PP is directed to accept notice on behalf of the State. 2. Heard. 3. The trial court issued warrant of a arrest against accused petitioner. The only prayer in this petition is that the non-bailable warrant of arrests may be converted into bailable warrant of arrest. Learned PP has no objection. Therefore, it is ordered trial non-bailable warrant of arrest is converted into bailable warrant of arrest in the Sum of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand only). 4.
