Judgment 1. This petition has been filed impugning the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna, dated 14 October 1999, Annexure-16 to the writ petition, in claim case no. OA-532 of 1994; Asharfi Prasad Singh vs. Union of India and others. 2. The Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record of the petition and has satisfied that this is not matter in which the High Court ought to interfere. 3. The petitioner faced charges for crimes under Sections 149, 302 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 . He had been convicted. He has filed the appeal before the High Court and he is on bail. 4. In the circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that the tribunal was not in error in not setting aside the order of the dismissal passed by the department.
