JUDGMENT : 1. Learned Solicitor General submits that there has been some delay in filing the affidavit, but the needful shall be done within ten days. 2. Learned counsel for the parties shall, after the affidavit is filed, take note of the record and suggest various ways and means for protection, preservation, healthy living of Tiger population in and out of captivity. 3. We direct the matter to lie over for six weeks, as suggested.
