JUDGMENT : 1. Dr. Khaliq Anjum, who is present in Court, states that a fresh epitaph has been fixed on the Majar of the poet “Zauq” and expense of Rs. 2,500/- has been incurred. The same should be paid to him by the Archaeological Survey of India within four weeks from today. 2. Mr. V.B. Sakarya states that seven persons who were encroachers on the Government land have been provided alternative accommodation as directed by this Court. He states that certain amount of money is due from them and objections have been filed by the said seven persons. 3. In our opinion, it will be more appropriate if a formal application is filed by the D.D.A. giving all particulars to show that the amount is due and payable to the D.D.A. As and when the said application is filed, the same shall be listed.
