Judgment S.S.Nijjar, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day, two separate F.I.Rs. were registered against the petitioner, being FIR No. 212 dated 28.7.2000 and FIR No. 213 dated 28.7.2000. In the FIR No. 213 dated 28.7.2000, the petitioner was arrested on 27.8.2000. He was released on bail on 4.9.2000 by the trial Court. A perusal of the order passed by the trial Court shows that no recovery can be effected from the petitioner as entire record has been sealed by the orders of this Court. Therefore, there seems to be hardly any justification for sending the petitioner into further custody of the police. Further more, notice of motion was issued in this case on 14.9.2000 and arrest of the petitioner had been stayed subject to his joining investigation as and when required. The Investigating Officer is present in Court. He states that the petitioner will be required for joining investigation as and when the record is made available after the same is released from the seal of this Court. 2. In view of the above, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Bail application allowed.
