JUDGMENT : 1. We have perused the report of Board report of Dr. Manoj Sharma of Indian Spinal of Doctors who examined Mr. V.K. Tiwari Injuries Centre, Sector-C, Vasant Kunj, New at Tihar Jail. We have also perused the Delhi. Dr. Sharma had examined Shri Tiwari affidavit filed by Ms. Shilpika Tiwari and the on 15th August, 2000. 2. After taking into consideration the physical condition and the state of health of Shri V.K. Tiwari, we) direct that he may be shifted from Tihar Jail to Indian Spinal Injuries Centre for his treatment. The expense for his treatment shall be borne by Shri Tiwari himself. While Shri Tiwari is admitted at the Centre, he shall be treated to be on bail. In case Shri Tiwari seeks discharge from the Centre except to temporarily move out from the Centre for any medical treatment/investigation, he shall do so only after seeking permission of this Court. In case he has to leave the Centre temporarily for medical treatment/investigation, he shall do so after prior intimation to the Investigating Officer of the C.B.I. and report back at the Centre after treatment/investigation. 3. For being shifted to Indian Spinal Injuries Centre. Shri Tiwari shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi. 4. At the request of Mr. Sachar, learned senior counsel, the main matter is adjourned by two weeks after 25th August, 2000.
