JUDGMENT : 1. Pursuant to the order dated 29th February 2000, an affidavit has been filed by Dr. (Mrs.) Lalrintluangi, Deputy Commissioner, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are now satisfied and have no remaining grievance, considering the statements made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of that affidavit. This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. 2. No order as to costs.
