ORDER H.S. Bedi, J. - The applicant-appellant, Kanwar Singh, has already undergone more than four years of the sentence imposed upon him. As this appeal is not likely to be heard in the near future, we accordingly suspend the sentence imposed on him and direct that he be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon. Appeal allowed.
