JUDGMENT : 1. On 10th May, 2000, this Court had directed the release of water by the Bhakra Beas Management Board to an extent of 125 cusecs. This water was to be released and the Central Water Commission was required to see that as a reason of this release there was no danger of a breach in the canal. The said Commission was also required to regulate the flow in case need arose. 2. The Commission is requested to submit a Report within four weeks from today with regard thereto. Copy of this order be sent to the Commission by counsel for the Union of India. 3. To come up in November 2000.
