JUDGMENT : 1. An amount of Rs. 40,000/- towards costs has been deposited and is lying with the Court. According to the Office Report, orders are solicited with regard thereto. Considering the fact that this case is a PIL and petitioner No. 1 has been incurring expense out of her own pocket, we direct that a sum of Rs. 20,000/- out of the same be paid to her and the balance be retained in the Registry awaiting further orders. 2. As it is not possible to take up this case for hearing today, it is adjourned to November 2000.
