ORDER : 1. Learned Counsel appearing for the shopkeepers agrees that they will not insist upon the increase of the size of the shops. The shops will be located as per the orders earlier passed by this Court. In other words, while the suggestion of the shop owners for manner of location of the new shops is accepted, their request for increase in size is not accepted. 2. The plan for construction as stated above will be prepared by the Agra Development Authority and given to the Shopkeepers Association within three days from today. The shopkeepers will have fifteen days' time from the date of the delivery of the plans, to vacate the existing location. 3. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the shopkeepers for shifting from the existing location. 4. I.A. No. 96 is disposed of accordingly.
