Himachal Pradesh 5. Karnataka 6. Manipur 7. Orissa 8. Rajasthan 9. Uttar Pradesh 10. Dadra & Nagar Haveli 11. Delhi (3) IT is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of these States and Union Territories that while in some States/UTs. the Rules are under preparation, in other States/ UTs. draft Rules have been framed and they have been sent for Cabinets approval. Learned counsel appearing for these States and Union Territories pray for some more time to file an appropriate affidavit giving the status/position of the Rules and also file copies of the Rules where the same have been finalised.
