JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Shri Muralidhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner for some time. On perusal of the writ petition and the other materials on record, we are of the view that the Chief Secretary representing the State of Haryana should file an affidavit setting out in detail the steps taken by the State Government on the allegations made by the petitioner in the writ petition (initially received in this Court as a letter). Shri Mahabir Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State of Haryana prays for and is granted five weeks' time for that purpose. The case will be listed after seven weeks. Registry is directed to serve copies of the affidavits which are on record and copies of which have not yet been given to the counsel appearing For the parties within one week.
