ORDER : 1. We are not inclined to interfere with the special leave petition. The special leave petition is, therefore, dismissed. 2. We, however, clarify that the dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to approach the civil court, where the suit is pending, for appropriate relief and in the event such an application is filed, the civil court shall decide the matter without being influenced by the order made in the criminal proceedings by the trial court or the High Court. The application, if and when filed, shall be decided on its own merits.
