JUDGMENT : 1. It is stated to us that the Corporation itself is involving a Scheme which is more beneficial to the Hawkers and if that Scheme will be approved by the High Court of Bombay, it may not be necessary for this Court to examine the validity of the Scheme which is the subject matter of the challenge in this batch of petitions. Counsel for the Corporation states that some time may be given to enable the Corporation to finalise the Scheme and produce the same before the High Court of Bombay to examine. List these matters after six weeks.
