JUDGMENT 1. 1. Having regard to the limited controversy raised and the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, we consider it appropriate to direct Mr. Virendra Lodha to take notice on behalf of the respondents with a view to dispose of the appeal at this stage itself. Accordingly, Mr. Lodha accepts notice for the respondents. 2. All that the learned counsel for the appellant prayed before us is that the respondents be directed to consider the representation made by the appellant, if it is still pending in accordance with law on its merits having regard to the order passed in similar S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3314/1990, Sanwar Mal Chaudhary v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on 8.9.1993 within a given time frame. Learned counsel added that the case of the appellant is identical to that of Sanwarmal Chaudhary (supra). Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there should be no difficulty for the respondents in examining the representation of the appellant and in passing the orders on merits in the light of the order passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3314/1990 aforementioned. In the light of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, we directed the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the appellant on its merits and in accordance with law in the light what is stated above as expeditiously as possible but at any rate within period not later than three months from today.Writ Petition allowed. *******
