JUDGMENT : 1. As directed in another case, Writ Petition (C) No. D-376/2000 this writ petition should also be placed before the Constitution Bench so that the Constitution Bench may lay down if and when a writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India which impugns a judgment and order of this court may be entertained. 2. The papers shall be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for appropriate directions. 3. The Review Petition be listed after the disposal of the writ petition.
