JUDGMENT : 1. We have heard Mr. Muralidhar appearing on behalf of the petitioner for about an hour. He now applies for an adjournment for eight weeks to draft a proposed amendment to the writ petition, particularly insofar as the prayers thereof are concerned. 2. Adjourned for eight weeks. 3. In the meantime, the application for amendment shall be prepared and served upon all parties to the writ petition so that it may be considered at that stage.
