JUDGMENT 1. - The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that while filing the protest petition, the petitioner wanted to support the protest petition by leading evidence under sections 200 & 202 Cr.P.C. The learned Magistrate did not permit the petitioner to lead evidence. The protest petition was dismissed by saying that Investigating Officer has not brought sufficient evidence to support the case. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not been able to make out any case for not permitting the complainant to lead evidence. 3. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to lead evidence in support of his complaint before the trial Court. The order impugned dated 19.2.1998 is set aside.The revision petition stands disposed of as indicated above.Petition allowed. *******
