ORDER : 1. We are in agreement with the decision of the Allahabad High Court to the effect that when the suit or infringement is instituted in the Court of District Judge, thereafter, the Additional District Judge is competent to try the said suit because of the provisions of Section 8 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court Act, The Special leave petition is dismissed.
