JUDGMENT In this case, the Investigating Officer is not appearing in Court for evidence in spite of repeated opportunities. In such, circumstances, it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/with two sureties each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial Court. However, it is made clear that if any adjournment is sought on account of applicant, then his bail is liable to be cancelled without reference to this Court.
