(1) COMMENTS on the responses and recommendations of the Law Commission of India have been made by the petitioner. We consider it appropriate to bring these comments to the notice of the Law Commission. Let a copy of the comments be forwarded to the Law Commission. The Law Commission would be at liberty to seek any further clarification in respect of these comments from the petitioner. (2) WE direct the petition to lie over for eight weeks.
