JUDGMENT Hari Nath Tilhari, J.—In view of Section 19(2) of the Family Courts Act which reads as under: Section 19(1) ... Section 19(2): No appeal shall lie from a decree or order passed by the family court with the consent of the parties or from the order passed under Chapter IX of Code of Criminal Procedure. (This amendment has been introduced by Act No. 59 of 1991). 2. This appeal is misconceived. 3. This appeal is directed against the order passed by the Family Court on 30th March, 1993 on an application under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure is contained in Chapter IX of Code of Criminal Procedure. 4. In view of Section 19(2), the present appeal is misconceived and is not maintainable. As such this appeal is hereby dismissed as not maintainable.
