ORDER It is stated that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Devendra Kumar Mishra v. The State of Bihar & ors., reported in 1999(3) PLJR 700 : 1999 (3) BLJ 858, a photo copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, wants the matter to be disposed of in terms of the general direction of this Court given in the case of Mostt. Rukmini Devi v. The State of Bihar, reported in 1996(2) PLJR 348: 1996(1) BLJ 872 . Accordingly, as prayed, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said general direction. The petitioner may file his claim in detail before the authority concerned along with a copy of this order and the aforementioned general direction of this Court which shall be considered and disposed of by the said authority strictly in terms thereof and within the time fixed therein. The authority may also examine as to whether the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the aforementioned decision of this Court given in the case of Devendra Kumar Mishra v. The State of Bihar and others.
