JUDGMENT 1. - The order under challenge is an order passed by an Estate Officer under the Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Un-authorised Occupants) Act, 1964. In view of the judgment of this Court reported in 1998(1) WLC (UC) 1, the Estate Officer can not be said to be a Civil Court subordinate to this Court and, therefore, no revision lay. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner seeks liberty to assail the impugned order, if so advised, in an appropriate manner and in appropriate forum which may be available to him. Needless to say that no specific liberty is required in this regard.The revision is, therefore, dismissed summarily with the above observations. Record of the learned Estate Officer be returned forthwith.Revision dismissed. *******
