(1) FACED with the situation that the Court is not inclined to make any change in its order dated 28/7/1998, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that he shall file an appropriate application with proper undertakings giving a schedule of compliance and seeks to withdraw these applications at this stage. We record the statement of the learned Additional Solicitor General and dismiss these applications as withdrawn.
