Judgment Amar Dutt, J. 1. The petitioners as well as the complainant are present in Court. The petitioners have expressed their sincere regrets for the unpleasant incident which has led to the registration of FIR No. 247 dated 25.4.2000 under Sections 323 and 506, IPC at Police Station Central Faridabad. In view of the unqualified regrets expressed by the petitioners, the complainant is not having any grudge towards them is no more interested in pursuing the case. 2. In view of the stand taken by the parties in this Court as also on account of the fact that offence under Sections 323 and 506, IPC are compoundable, it would be in the interest of every one practicing in Faridabad Sessions Division that the unpleasant situation which had arisen on account of the incident is allowed to be resolved amicable and the proceedings initiated at the instance of Shri C.P. Gaur be quashed. In order to achieve this end, on the request of the parties I treated the present petition as one under Section 482, Cr.P.C. and acting upon the statements made by Sarvshri Rajesh Rawat, K.P. Bhati and Narottam Kaushal, Advocate, direct that the F.I.R. No. 247, dated 25.4.2000 registered in police station Central, Faridabad at the behest of Shri C.P. Gaur, Advocate and any proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. Order accordingly.
