JUDGMENT P. C. Verma, J. : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The husband of the petitioner was working as Beldara, who died in harness. The wife of the deceased has sought appointment under dying in harness Rules. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner shall be given appointment according to her qualification and for the post she is eligible under dying in harness Rules in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
