M.JAGANNADHA RAO, J. (1) IA No. 68 allowed. (2) IN regard to the alternative site for parking of vehicles the Agra Development Authority is directed to go on with the development of vehicle car parking site as mentioned in Plan 1 Amrud-ka-Tila (p. 45 of the paper-book in IA No. 66). So far as the construction and location of the shops are concerned in regard to which IA No. 67 has been filed separately, the question will be taken up at the next date of hearing. For the purpose of developing the vehicle parking area the Mission Management Board, Government of U.P. will make the funds available to the Agra Development Authority within a period of one week from today. A copy of this order will be sent to the said authority. Copy of this order will also be sent to the Chief Secretary, Government of U.P. by the counsel appearing for the State of U.P. The construction will be supervised and monitored by the Agra Development Authority. (3) WHILE proceeding with the development of the vehicle parking area, report of the Technical Sub-Committee dated 26-5-1998 will be kept in mind and strictly observed. For the time being the construction of kiosks as per Plan 1 need not be undertaken. (4) FOR the time being the Committee consisting of Dr S.K. Ghosh and Mr R.C. Trivedi of the Central Pollution Control Board will continue to file report after every three months for a further period of one year. Mr Krishan Mahajan will be associated with this Committee. (5) MATTER may be listed after three weeks on a non-miscellaneous day along with LAs Nos. 69 and 71 etc. (6) COPY of the order will be furnished to the counsel for the State of U.P. expeditiously.
