JUDGMENT 1. - Mr. Balwada does not want to press the bail application of Daya Ram. The bail application of Daya Ram is rejected. 2. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, I think it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants Prabhu Dayal, Banehi and Suresh. 3. The S.H.O. P.S. Singhana, is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest of applicants, they be released on bail, provided each of them, furnishes a personal bond in the sum of र 10,000/- with two sureties in the sum of र 5,000/- each, to his satisfaction on the following conditions- (1) that the accused applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a Police Officer as and when required. (2) that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him, from disclosing such facts to the Court, or to any other Police Officer, and (3) that they shall not leave India, without the prior permission of the court. 4. This order shall remain in force till the disposal of regular bail application by the trial court.Bail granted. *******
