JUDGMENT : B.A. Khan, J. Petitioners claim to be the joint owners of disputed Trade Mark Nos. 353474B, 345429B and 353473B. Respondents applied for registration of these Trade Marks by filing TM 24. Their request was allowed by impugned order dated 11.6.99 passed by Registrar. 2. Petitioners have filed this petition under A227 to assail the order. Their grievance is that Registrar had passed a telegraphic; unreasoned order without hearing them which suffered from gross non-application of mind. 3. L/C for Respondents justified-the impugned order by reference to contemporaneous record. He claimed that Registrar had passed the order taking in regard such record which included the dissolution of partnership Deed and petitioner's objections etc. 4. Confronted with the position that Registrar was still required to assign a reason or two in support of impugned order, Mr. Hemand Singh agreed for disposal of this petition by making a statement at bar for disposal of this petition by providing as under. "Impugned order dated 11.6.99 passed by Registrar in Respondents TM-24 is set aside. Registrar is directed to reconsider the matter and pass appropriate orders under law within four months from receipt of this order after hearing parties."
