JUDGMENT 1. - This is Habeas Corpus Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In this petition the petitioner Ram Kishan, alleged husband, states that Mst. Vimla is his legally wedded wife but her father Sheoji is not sending her to his house and she is being illegally detained by him. 2. The notices were issued to respondents. Respondents 1 to 3 have filed reply. Respondent No. 4 appeared in court but he has not filed written reply. 3. We have examined Mst. Vimla, who is present in Court. In her deposition she states that she was married with some one in her childhood but she does not know him. She further states that she is living with her father voluntarily and there is no pressure of any one on her. 4. Keeping in view the statements of Mst. Vimla it cannot be said that she is in illegal detention of any person, much less in illegal detention of her father Sheoji Ram. Since there is no illegal detention the petition is liable to be dismissed. 5. The petition is dismissed.Writ Petition dismissed. *******
