R. R. TRIPATHI, J. ( 1 ) MR. HARIN Raval, learned advocate for the petitioner, Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. , states that this petition was filed as it was apprehended by the petitioner that the authorities will not be holding elections and will appoint a Custodian under sec. 74 (1) of the Gujarat Cooperative Societies Act, 1961. However, Mr. Harin Raval gives out that now the elections have already been held and the newly elected managing committee has taken over. In view of the aforesaid statement, this Court has not examined any point on merits of the matter. ( 2 ) IN view of the above situation, the petition has become infructuous. The same is disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged. Ad interim relief stands vacated. No order as to costs. .
