ORDER : 1. After hearing both sides we pass the following interim order. 2. Respondent No. 4 - Mr. V.C. Mishra is restrained from participating in any manner in the affairs of the State Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh during the pendency of these appeals. 3. Leave granted in all the matters.
