M. A. KHAN, J. On the F. I. R. , it has been alleged that the deceased was very mercilessly beaten by her husband and in laws. However, the post-mortem report does not indicate such injuries. 2. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it a fit case to release the applicant on bail. 3. Let the applicant Karunesh Kumar be released on bail in Crime Case No. 69 of 1999 under Section 498- A, 304b I. P. C. and 3/4 D. P. Act of P. S. Phool Behad, District Lakhimpur Kheri on his furnishing a per sonal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned. Application allowed. .
