( 1 ) LOOKING to the controversy involved in the matter, on the last occasion, time was sought by Shri Manoj Shrimali appearing on behalf of Shri Girish Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner to seek instruction from his client, i. e. petitioner. It is submitted that he has not received any instructions from his client. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to revive in case of any difficulty. ( 2 ) PERMISSION granted.
