ORDER : 1. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following. 2. Upon hearing the matter for some time learned senior counsel appearing in support of the appeal submitted that certain other documents though placed before the departmental authorities have not been included in the paper book in this Court and in all fairness they should also be before this Court and it is on this count that he prays before this Court a liberty to file additional affidavit. Such liberty is granted. Let the additional affidavit be filed within two weeks' after summer vacation. Reply, if necessary, be filed within four weeks' thereafter. List the matter at the end of August, 2001.
