JUDGMENT : 1. The learned Attorney General says that the response of the Union Government will be filed within 4 weeks from today. 2. Put up this matter in the 2nd week of July, 2001. 3. The learned Attorney General contends that irrespective of the response of the Union Government, the jurisdiction of the Court to issue such direction is the dispute.
